This achievement is one of courtesy. Hold the door for a lady/gentleman who needs help. Maybe someone with bags who can't hold the door. Maybe for your mom after a hard day at work. Doesn't matter which door. Backdoor, Entrance, or even a car door.

Proof: Picture or video of you holding door open for the person. Person you held the door for must actually need it. Not just a friend standing in the doorway with empty hands perfectly capable of holding it themselves.
